         <description><![CDATA[<div>Mommy:&nbsp; We try to divide our plates into fourths with veggies and fruit on one half and a protein and a starch on the other. Since Wednesday nights are our late nights, I am going to try and cook and freeze over the weekend so we don't end up driving through chic filet ....<br>Zoey-trying new heathy foods almost every day.....like vegetarian pasta and having the good type of at lunch and some dinners.<br>Levi- I love having kale with parmesan, sea salt, fresh pepper &amp; olive oil.
