The graph illustrates information on how raw materials are used to manufacture plastic containers. Overall, it can be seen that five stages are used to get the final product.

To begin, oil is transported from the factory and then is mixed with raw material for some time. After that, it is moved to a high pressure oven where it is kept for a short time. Following this stage and after being pressed appropriately this material is taken to the third container where it is combined with long molecules of plastic. The four step involves taking the plastic granules to the injection moulder where it is melt and it is forced into a different mould. Next, this mould is taken by a supervisor controller that verifies its quality and resistance. Finally, the product is taken and packed and then put inside a warehouse to be distributed to a lot of different places around the city

The diagram illustrates which is the process to transform raw materials into plastic products. Overall, there is many features involved this procedure can be divided in three main stages: the transformation of raw materials to plastic granules, then the plastic granules covert into a model plastic product and the final check quality for storage the product.

In the first stage, the raw material that came from an oil refinery is stored and pass throughout a high-pressure oven to obtain long molecules of plastic. However, this material needs to fulfill the injection moulder step to become in a plastic product. Here is where the long molecules of plastic are melted to force it into a mould.

After that stage, the process involves human resource where it goes through a quality controller in a band to define if there is viable product and can be packaged or must be wasted. Finally, the plastic product is taking and storage in a warehouse.

This starts when the raw materials are brought from the oil refinery and are passed through a high pressure oven where the long molecules of plastic are stracted and become in plastic granules.

The plastic granules are put in a machine that melts them and injects them in de moulds, after this, the product is released from the mould by human hand and the waste of product is placed on big cans.

Finally, after releasing the material from the mold, it is passed to the stage of quality control and after being approved by quality people, the material passes through a manual packaging area and is stored in the warehouse.

The illustration shows five main phases from the transport of materials required to the packing and storage of the final products.

Overall, the process occurs in five main stages: the transport of the raw material into the factory, the transformation of the material into plastic molecules, the injection to force the material into the shape of the desired product, the package of it and finally, the storage into a warehouse before being transport to the final client. The complex process required important human and physical resources.

The first stage is shown as a heavy load vehicle transport the raw materials required to the plastic factory. After that, the second phase is the process of combustion that occurs in the high-pressure oven in which the irregular raw materials become long plastic uniforms molecules, to be add to the most important part of the process: the injection.

The third phase the plastic granules transform into the desired product in the injection machine, because of the heat and pressure that the machines provide it. After that, in the fourth phase the workers take the final product and check its quality after packed into boxes, while the waste product is managed into a recycle program. Finally, the fifth stage the employee storage the boxes before they are sent to the final user.

The picture illustrates the process of making plastic products by using raw materials. Overall, there are five main stages. The first one is the oil that is taken from refinery, the second one is about the creation of plastic granules, the third one consist on melting the plastic and molding it, in the fourth stage the plastic is examined, and finally it is packed and stored.

To begin with, a truck that contains oil from the refinery is taken to the fabric in order to be mixed with the raw material that is inside a container. After that, this mix goes throughout a high pressure oven as they, in the next stage, need to generate long molecules of plastic. Then, at this part of the process the substance is converted in plastic granules ready pass into the injection moulder. The third stage starts when the plastic is melted, and then it is forced into a mould.

In the fourth step, the mould is taken to the quality controller to check out if there is any inconvenient with the product. If they found out that the material is in good conditions, they will start with the last process where they pack and store the plastic product in a warehouse.
