The ageing population may soon cause the NHS to ration treatments and withdraw some of what it offers. A year ago, the General Medical Council (GMC) published a list of sixteen treatments that the NHS should no longer provide. When the NHS was founded, nearly 50% of the population died by the age of 65. Now the figure is less than 20%, and older people usually have multiple co-morbidities, which they are likely to have for the rest of their lives.

McDonald's take social responsibilities very seriously. They are always looking for ways to reduce, reuse and recycle in their restaurants and across our whole business. For example McDonald's use low energy LED light bulbs, energy saving equipment and recycle used cooking oil into bio diesel to fuel more than half of our delivery vans.
However McDonald's isn't always very ethical. For example working conditions for the employees aren't great which can be seen as illegal and the fact that they aren't paid enough.
