Hello professor. Thank you for granting me this opportunity and I am so thrilled to be here. My name is Eric, and my Chinese name is Tingyi Lee. I’m from ZZSH. A little bit about me personally is that I am an extrovert and I have a strong interest in cross-cultural communication. In addition, I am a JDP student. This program has given me a lot of

opportunities to interact with students from other countries which I believe has widened my international perspective, and stimulated my critical thinking. I also studied economics in my sophomore year, and I got ⅘ on the ap exam, which is a great accomplishment of mine. What’s more, I participated in many internationally related activities. For instance, I attended the international student summit online, where I discussed various social issues with other students, such as the problems that migrant workers around the world face, which improved my cross-cultural communication. As for my interests, I am fond of playing baseball, and being in a position of leadership on the team has enhanced my communication, leadership, and contingent thinking abilities. Playing baseball also reminds me to be perseverant in everything I do. I am feeling satisfied and ecstatic because after today's class, my friends and I went to eat ramen which is mouthwatering that the pure soup is sweet and fresh and the texture of the pork and chicken were so tender that I did not even have to bite. What's more, the price is really affordable and inexpensive. Hence, this restaurant is put into my cuisine list, and I will definitely come back here again.
