         <description><![CDATA[<p>It is effective for English learners in the sense that teaches them how to decode. </p><p><br/></p><p>It is cool that it gives students ways to decode much easier and identify meaning!</p><p><br/></p><p>Present a new word and come up with a new word and their proposed definition. </p><p><br/></p><p>This approach is easy for ELL students because it combines visuals, actions, and peer support to make learning more accessible and engaging!</p><p><br/></p><p>The use of pictures and objects helps students connect new words to  meaning. </p>]]></description>
