I really liked this nonfiction book. I enjoy reading true stories about real people and found this story fascinating. It was so well-written that I felt a bit claustrophobic as if I was in the cave too!

This is my favorite book. It's such an intense, heartbreaking portrayal of slavery in the U.S. I can imagine it being banned because it reveals such a dark part of our history. In fact, it has been banned and challenged in the past. While it's not appropriate for all ages, I hope we can keep it accessible for those who are ready!

This book has an intriguing storyline that draws you in. It is based on Germany and Poland. When I read this story it made me feel like I was there in the action. Even though this story has many elements that could make it banned, the overall book is incredible.

This book series changed my view on life. It has betrayal, action, strategy, and best of all, it is with owls and not humans which makes it even more relatable somehow. Definitely a beautiful book series, recommend.

I LOVED this book. I loved the intensity and that it wasn't a "I know everything will be OK in the end" book. It was a "Is everything going to be OK?" kind of book. If you like adventure, intensity, and a little bit of romance interspersed in between, then this book is for you.

I really love this book because of how well it ties to all of the other books in the series. It includes so much heartbreak and you can feel Haymitch's pain when everyone dies. It is a great tale of an underdog winning.

I really loved this book. its a great mix of heartwarming and entertaining. there is also a second book called the One and only Bob., which I also loved. there is also a third called the One and only ruby which I couldn't finish. and there is lastly a fourth called the One and only family.

I read this book to myself, I loved it, Peter Brown is one of my favorite authors, and it was very heartwarming. I somehow felt like celebrating when the end happens and wanted the second book more than anything. It is definitely the best book I've ever read, and also the best series. It had kindness, learning, robots, and all other great kinds of things that make a great book. The Wild Robot is awesome. I loved it because it was heartbreaking and a story full of togetherness with heartbreaking points when animals leave and when animals die. It is appropriate for all ages but is complex enough for maybe 5th graders. Such a good book, if I had to read one book for my entire life, it would be this one.

I love this book because the author does such an amazing job describing things and I can just see it so clearly. I also like the adventure filled plots and fantasy elements, as well as the fact it is a series, so I can have something to read for a while.
