         <title>Turf Toe Taping</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Turf toe is a sprain of the first MTP joint. The objective of this taping procedure is to limit dorsiflexion and/or the abduction of the first MTP joint.&nbsp;<br>1. Anchor strips are applies using 1" tape around the proximal phalanx of the toe and 2" tape around the arch.<br>2. Multiple non-elastic tape strips are applied in a fan-shaped pattern, starting at the distal anchor and ending at the proximal anchor.&nbsp;<br>3. Circumferential tape is used from toe to arch. A tie-down anchor is applied over the toe area to finish it off. </div>]]></description>
