         <description><![CDATA[<div>After completing assignments in this course, and other courses I am in I realized that my eating habits are poor.  In order to change this I am starting with the small and easy goal of eating fruits or vegetables with every meal throughout the day.  I enjoy to lift weights and exercise, and do it on a daily basis.  But what I put into my body does not match what I get out of it.  This goal is giving me the opportunity and motivation to change my eating habits so I can live a long and healthy life.</div>]]></description>
