Feel inequipped to deal with serious psychological issues

7G experiment- put them all together and minimal amount of teachers.

find out what the kid's 'why' is.

More time in my subject area to be able to engage kids with the topic

Could teach 3 classes brilliantly, but can teach 5 classes to best of ability.

Deal with problem kids sooner - but we can't just get rid of the problem kids.

Classroom teachers have to run discipline, but that takes up time - teacher deterred from running detentions/consequences.

Time can be a hollow resource
