These notes were taken, and labeled according to the color of the plane. These 3 Planes were confusing at first, but once i thought more about it, and realized what each other cuts, and how its cut, it made sense to me. I also made keywords to remind myself which plane cuts what. Frontal Plane (Coronal)- Cuts the body front to back. Sagittal Plane- Left to right, and Transverse- Up and Down.

This is a Flipgrid that we filmed, to describe how the Synovial Joint works, and all the parts of it. This really helped me understand what each part of the joint does. When we first drew the picture (diagram) i only understood a little part of it. The explanation that i gave myself was extremely helpful.
