I am motivated to join this module (Inspire) to improve my teaching skills and make my classes more engaging and impactful. My expectation is to gain practical strategies that I can apply right away to enhance student participation and learning. I learn best through examples and hands-on practice — just like in my classes where I use tutorials, examples, and exercises to help students understand better.

I'm Labiyana, a senior lecturer at SQS. My specialisation is in Mathematics, particularly in numerical analysis. I'm participating in this module, which is a part of the INPIRED program, to deepen my knowledge as an educator and enhance my overall effectiveness in teaching and learning.
