         <description><![CDATA[<div>- Provide opportunities for everyone to experience success <br><br>- First <strong>unpack</strong> with the students, what contribution is. <br>Defined by e.g. serving others; environment, society, others. <br>Then how to serve? <br>By being a good friend- peer support, being responsible for others/things, recycling. Help them see value in their contributions. <br><br><strong>How to inspire?</strong>&nbsp;<br>- Reward for process as well as result. &nbsp;<br>We dont just reward the process because we need to encourage students to strive for excellence.&nbsp;<br><br>Teachers conduct reflections and self-monitoring segments on how well the students contribute.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>
