         <description><![CDATA[<div>INTRODUCTION<br>A)To make sure the water is safe to get in or to know if fish are able to live in the water.<br>B)First clean out the cap for the tester then collect a water sample then pour it into the cap that you cleaned of then stick the tester on the cap until it locks then see what numbers you get and just to be sure those are accurate numbers test the water a second time.<br>C)At a healthy river/pond is 6 to 8.5, 7 is absolutely perfect. </div>]]></description>
