All transportation changes MUST be made before 12:00 pm. You may send a dated and signed note with your child in the morning, email the front office, or fax a note to the front office. Please include myself and all three office staff members in your transportation changes.

Medicine

All medications – including prescription and over-the-counter  (including cough drops)  – must be brought to the clinic by a parent with an appropriate completed medication form. In addition, students cannot transport medication to and from school.

Morning Drop Off

Just a friendly reminder that school doors open at 7:25. Students should not be dropped off prior to 7:25, and car rider drop off begins when staff members are in place to supervise arrival.

Relay for Life Hat Day

Every Friday is hat day to support Relay for Life.  Send in 25 cents to wear a hat and support a great cause!

Visitors

 Please remember to bring your ID (driver’s license or state issued ID) with you – a valid picture ID is required for all visitors. All guests will need to scan in upon entering the building.

Instructional Day

The instructional day starts at 8:00 AM. Students that are not in their classrooms by 8:00 AM will be marked tardy. Please make sure your child has all of their supplies every morning when they arrive at school. Thank you for understanding.

Excusing an Absence

If your child is absent, please fax or email a parent note or doctor’s excuse when they return.
