This article was a surprise to me, how a company that well known internationally doesn't have accommodate its employees. Having discrimination to people with disability .  
In my opinion. While it is easy for many people to see everything that is , it is not true for every employer. Accessible Canada Act is not only beneficial for people with disabilities, but also ensures that businesses and employers provide and maintain appropriate access to the workplace.

Characters with Disabilities are more likely to be saved or killed, so those in the workforce are positively portrayed in family films.
People with disabilities are almost never seen on TV, and when they are, it is in a negative light, diminishing chances for people with disabilities everywhere. A new study, however, discovered that the family film industry maintains a historic high for leading characters with disabilities.

It is interesting to know how the media has impact on people option and point of veiw. We should use the media power to change people's sterytype about people with disability.

It is an undeniable fact that the world is experiencing a disability disparity crisis, and the Covid-19 pandemic has revealed and exacerbated the challenges faced by up to 20% of the global population. Nonetheless, the voice of a new generation of disability advocates is breaking through, amplifying a new story with today's techniques.There is no doubt that social media has played a significant role in this visibility revolution, allowing young people to be seen and heard.
At least there is a bright side of the pandemic that allows people with disability to be heard and seen.

Colleges and universities are taking steps in their efforts to serve disabled students, but some supporters and scientists believe higher education has been slow to identify disability as an identity group or to include it in diversity and inclusion programs. College students with disabilities have lower graduation and retention rates than their peers who do not have disabilities.
It's very frustrurating to know that anyone might be rejected to finish higher education because they have disability.

Learning Disabilities are a group of neurologic or brain-based disorders that affect people of average to above-average intelligence. These people are just as intelligent as their peers. Learning disabilities affect how a person information processing and, as a result, how they learn. Simply put, their brains are not wired the same way.

People, parents and teachers must understand that student with LD need different way to learn according to their ability and need.

In this article I was very suprise that our system has a lack f support for those with disability. It also gave me information about Bill C-7 and how we should all help and advocate this issue. Bill C-7 eliminates the requirement that death be "reasonably foreseeable" in order to qualify for an assisted death, but it also creates two eligibility tracks, one for those who are near death and one for those who are not.
