However, the entertainment industry is starting to write a new script that includes facts about people with disability.<br>According to study, just 5% of the top show characters with disabilities on television are played by actors with disabilities. Nonetheless, researchers released a new study earlier this year that showed that 22 percent of all characters with disabilities on network television are authentically portrayed by an actor with the same disability.<br>Finally, Hollywood starts to represent  people with disability as an important part in our socieity that have the same right and responsibilities as anyone has.<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Usher syndrome, an unseen/hidden disability: a phenomenological study of adults across the lifespan living in England<br></strong>Mar 17, 2021<strong><br></strong>https://www.tandfonline.com/doi/full/10.1080/09687599.2021.1889981<br><br>Usher syndrome is a rare, undiagnosed hereditary disorder that is the primary cause of inherited deafblindness in the United Kingdom. The aim of this descriptive phenomenological research was to achieve a deeper understanding of the experiences of being diagnosed with Usher syndrome and dealing with it from the viewpoints of adults living in England.<br>The results of the research include an understanding of what it is like for persons who have been diagnosed with and are dealing with an unknown illness, such as Usher syndrome, from the perspective of adults living in England.</div>]]></description>
