Ang Pagsibol ng Makahiya

I titled this mandala piece Ang Pagsibol ng Makahiya because it symbolizes the growth of the Makahiya plant. At the center is the sun, which represents energy. Surrounding it is a layer of water and air, which are important for growth. The outer layers represent the leaves of the makahiya plant in their open state, or when it is fully bloomed.
