Download the installation file off of google.com/chrome than use that file to install chrome again

If it's still not working, use an offline installer

Check the network cable, otherwise known as the CAT 5 cable. The cable has an RJ-45 connector at the end that looks like a thicker phone connector

Check to see if the jack is live. Are the LED lights lit up at the ethernet port, this is where the CAT 5 cable is connected to the computer. The lights should be blinking, meaning the network is working.

If the LED lights are not on, then obviously your computer is not connected to the network. Pull the cable out and reconnect it.

If that doesn't work, try another network jack on the wall, floor, or another CAT 5 cable, if you have one.

If all these steps failed with trying to restore the network connection, call the technology people
