I love Alec's idea of virtual reality! I think that would be super fun! There are also tons of cools ways to incorporate tech into PE! One thing off of the top of my head is something my coach made us do in off season which was insanity. (That is an online workout curriculum). This doesn't have to be super hard workouts, but it could be fun active activities. Think of dance dance revolution! That would be fun, competitive, and active!

Hey, Caleb! I think there are a lot of ways to use technology in PE. I think a fun one to do would be Just Dance on the XBOX Kinect and a lot of the other active games that go along with the Kinect!

Technology in a PE environment sounds complicated. I think there are various ways of doing this. You can use things like WE fit, XBOX, Virtual reality. Each of these technologies have exercise programs built into them. As social media grows i think children know about all of the popular media outlets. A fun way to teach your kids PE i think would be using YOUTUBE and posting videos. Then sending the link to students. Having a collection of videos so students can workout while they are not at school or on the weekend.
