b. Constructs learning experiences that require students to be actively engaged in learning.

Creating an actively engaged classroom is aligned with the idea that students will be intrinsically motivated to learn.  An active learning environment must be carefully managed.

Establishing a learning environment where the students feel safe and secure is as essential as it is motivating to the learner. In respecting each other as learners, students are free to take risks and make mistakes.  In learning from their mistakes, the students can continue to grow and learn. Establishing mutual respect is critical. (Mondal, 2005).

It is a formal, methodical procedure of recognizing and assessing preparation that ought to be completed. (Betti, 2021)

It is a process of thoughtful comprehension of students’ learning needs and strengths. So, it comprises gathering, revising, and examining personal information about, health and education from various references and defining the need for supplementary interferences and facilities. (Victoria State Government, 2018)

Diverse human beings have several learning preferences. According to Shier (2020), Learning styles allow understanding of the several ways that students learn. It is beneficial because helps to distinguish your fortes and improve learning.

The preferences could be

·        Auditory

·        Tactile

Teachers need to adapt the educational materials according the needs and preferences.
