Surah Al-Baqarah, verse 269:

> “He grants wisdom to whom He wills, and whoever is granted wisdom has truly been given much good...”

Wisdom is a special gift from Allah. It’s not earned by intellect alone, but through sincerity, piety (taqwa), and Allah’s will.

Prophet Muhammad ﷺ was sent to teach not just the Qur’an, but also hikmah, showing its central role in Islam.

In Islam, actions are judged by intentions. Even a small deed can be rewarded greatly if the intention is sincere for Allah.

🔹 Hadith:

> “Actions are judged by intentions...” (Sahih Bukhari & Muslim)

💡 Example: Praying to please Allah vs. praying to show off — same act, but different value in Allah’s eyes.

Good deeds must follow the Qur’an and Sunnah and must be done with pure intention.

🔹 Islam values both outer actions and inner sincerity.

In worship, it means to worship Allah as if you see Him — even if you can't, know that He sees you.

🔹 Hadith Jibril:

> “Ihsan is to worship Allah as if you see Him...”

To prepare for salah with khushu:

1. Make sincere niyyah (intention) – pray only for Allah.

2. Do proper wudu (ablution) – it helps purify body and soul.

3. Choose a clean, quiet place – avoid distractions.

4. Dress properly and modestly – shows respect to Allah.

5. Understand what you're saying – know the meanings of surahs and du’as.

“Successful indeed are the believers, those who have khushu in their prayers.”

1. Brings you closer to Allah

– You feel spiritually connected and at peace.

2. Wipes away sins

– With sincere and humble prayer, past minor sins are forgiven.

3. Earns greater rewards

– The more khushu you have, the higher the reward for your salah.

4. Protects from evil and sin

– A focused prayer helps you avoid bad behavior outside of prayer.

5. Peace and calmness in the heart

– Salah with khushu gives inner peace and reduces stress.

– Fasting teaches self-control and makes you more conscious of Allah.
