As we come to the end of another fantastic school year, I would like to thank our pupils, staff, parents and carers for making it such a successful and memorable one.

Our children have continued to impress us with their enthusiasm, kindness and determination, embracing every opportunity both in and out of the classroom. I would like to say a very special congratulations to our Year 6 pupils. We have been absolutely amazed by their SATs results this year, and every single child should be incredibly proud of what they have achieved. Their hard work, resilience and positive attitude have been outstanding and we know they will go on to do amazing things as they begin the next chapter of their education.

To all of our families, thank you for your continued support, particularly over the past 12 weeks as I have settled into my role as Headteacher. Your warm welcome, encouragement and partnership have meant a great deal and I am truly grateful.

I wish you all a safe, happy and relaxing summer holiday, and I look forward to welcoming everyone back in September for another exciting year of learning, growth and success together.

🌳 Monday – We kicked off the week with a fantastic day at Pennington Flash, making memories together in the great outdoors. 🌿☀️

⚽ Tuesday – The fun continued with an action-packed day at Howebridge, full of laughter, teamwork and smiles! 😄🎉

💖 Wednesday – We shared our unforgettable Leavers' Assembly, celebrating everything our wonderful Year 6 children have achieved. There were plenty of proud moments and, of course, a few tears! 🥹❤️ The day ended with an epic water fight to cool off and have some final fun together! 💦🔫

👕 Thursday – The morning was spent signing leavers' shirts with special messages from friends before everyone danced the afternoon away at the Leavers' Disco! 🪩🎶💃

🍕 Friday – We enjoyed a relaxed final day together, signing shirts, sharing memories and finishing with a delicious Domino's for dinner! 🍕😊

We are so incredibly proud of each and every one of our Year 6 children. Thank you for the memories, the laughter and the joy you've brought to our school. 💙
