I really like it since I am taking the initiative but at the end i feel exhausted and stressed. Every day when something finishes, I am thinking "What' next?" - "what other I have to do" and I am always running to deal with all of them. I will try to found the equlibrium. Hello! I am an EFL teacher in two Greek High Schools. I have just finished a 3-year erasmus project, in which I was the coordinator at my school (you can imagine the workload) and I have been active in eTwinning since 2013. I am involved in various school projects apart from my actual teaching chores. Always sitting with my laptop doing things for school. I desperately need to pause and do something for myself. If I were to rate my wellbeing I would say I am somewhere around 5.

Hello, I'm Veronica and I teach English language and literature in the high school you can see in the photo. At the moment, I have a lot of paperwork to do as class coordinator and Erasmus+ contact person so I'm feeling quite stressed because of some deadlines which are approaching fast. However, these emotions have become part of my routine and so I would say that my current level is about 5 to 6 on the scale. I'm really pleased to have this opportunity to learn new things in order to improve my own well-being and also that of my students.

I'm a secondary school teacher truly convinced of the benefits of adopting a wellbeing perspective at schools. At the moment, I'm lucky to say that I feel good in almost every aspect of my life, so I'd rate my wellbeing with a 9, leaving one point out for those unavoidable moments of stress or minor health issues. It's reassuring to think about it anyway :)

I am a preschool teacher, currently working with a group of children aged 2-4 years. My job is quite stressful as the kids are very energetic. Activities need to be adapted quickly due to their short attention spans. Some parents are even more demanding than the children :) At home, I have two little troublemakers aged 3 and 6. Currently, I feel like I'm at a 5, mostly because I'm tired from processing a lot of information lately. I'm pursuing my education at the university and simultaneously taking several online courses. In the upcoming holiday days, I plan to recharge and start fresh with new energy.
