A : I consider state violence to the suppression of all nations, except for social stability. For example, I think abortion prohibition is one of national violence. I think this happens because the nation considers women as tools. I think it is state violence to suppress women's free will for the sake of national interests. Another example is that it is also a state violence that takes the government into contact with the press and steals freedom of speech. The public has the right to know and the media has the right to express. But I think it is a great state violence to supress those rights.

Q : How can we prevent national violence?

A : The biggest thing we can do is to vote. Because it is the public who give power to them. We should be more interested in elections. That way, power can be rightfully used. The more we don't vote, the better they won't listen to the public voice. If that happens, state violence will become even worse. Therefore, we must carefully look at who we need for help prevent state violence. And we have to elect him or her.

Q : What do you think of movies about state violence?

A : I think we should deal with a wider variety of cases. We have produced and consumed only films about war and 5.18 Democratization Movement. We have had more of a state violence so far, but we don't know much about them. We are learning a glorified history. I believe that the dictator should not be glorified in any achievement. Therefore, we need to produce and consume movies about new state violence.
