         <description><![CDATA[<div>- a woman of action --&gt; if things need to be done,&nbsp; once she started it, she'll make sure that she will finished it and not just leave it hanging. For example, (1) DP advantage, its been a long, winding discussion but at least we're progressing. (2) Sharepoint <br>- I also like if there's an additional work and she'll asked us <strong>first</strong> if we are willing to take on it or not. And not forcing us to do it.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>As development team line manager: <strong>&nbsp;</strong></div><div><br></div><div><strong>Solution oriented</strong>: very solution oriented, very realistic and not too optimist which is needed to plan and manage the development pipelines. Good balance between positive attitude and motivation and taking concrete and rapid actions.&nbsp; &nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Good communicator:</strong> involving parties from the start and keep the communication going. Communication based on trust, respect and clear expectations.&nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Decision making</strong>: good decision making skills. Would have been great if it woud have been possible to convince higher management to go forward with the DP advantage web site prototype.&nbsp; &nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Developing others</strong>: first manager I had in IB to focus on my development. It is truly appreciated and an important part of 21<sup>st</sup> century ways of working.&nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Planning and organizing</strong>: great management, all elements tracked, planned and anticipated.&nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div>I am looking forward to continuing achieving great projects within our team in the coming months!&nbsp;</div><div><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>In my time working with Lucia as my line manager, I have found her to be incredibly proactive and efficient looking at the big picture while planning the small details. When an issue arises she collaboratively and critically thinks through the scenario to come up with the best solution. This is such an important skill when working with so many colleagues in various roles to see a project from birth to fruition. <br><br></div><div>When communicating with me to come up with solutions, she asks for specific examples of what is happening, which is key and teaches me to communicate more clearly. On a similar note, she has also practiced a great deal of patience and positivity while I've adapted to my current role and is always responsive when help is needed. <br><br></div><div>For my own growth, I would like to receive feedback from her more regularly. However, the nature of my position merits a more autonomous relationship that does not require this so often. <br><br>Her management style allows her team to be self-sufficient while still being collaborative and having a great support system. I have been so impressed by the responsiveness and vision of the online development team.<br><br></div>]]></description>
