The learning space should look warm and inviting. All the areas should be accessible to all children and well defined as to their purpose. 
There should be enough space for all students to easily move throughout the classroom. 
Students, according to their needs, could be taught differently and  use assistive technology.
Teachers and students could have the support of counseling  and psychological services. 
A magical place where teachers  are not under pressure  and could run involving and funny activities regardless to marks and programmes.
