The power point included my interests and other things about me such as family member or holidays I've been on or are going on.
Strength-my power point was well designed and decorated and had all the information on that I needed 
Weakness- I could have been abit more lively as it was a Monday morning and just wanst feeling like it that day.

Benefits-helps our communication skills as a team as it helps us create other ways of communicating without  alarming others such at passengers this also helps us understand the importance of the pre flight briefing.

Strengths- being able to respond with the right answer when assessed and while assessing one and other

Strength- I socialised well and the people that I did the induction with I still sort of talk with and see around alot also now know the layout of the college and where the classrooms are
