My text: People have the right to carry a weapon in order to maintain a militia.

My text: Soldiers are not allowed to stay in a person's house without the owner's permission.

My text: Have the right to unreasonable searches by the government. Officials are not allowed to take belongings without probable cause.

My text: A person cannot be forced to testify in court for their own crime. A person cannot be tried twice for the same crime. The government has to do legal procedures before doing anything. The government is not allowed to take property for public use without compensation. The jury must had to decide if there is enough evidence in a criminal case.

My text: A right for a trial without any delays. A person has a right to a fair jury that is made up of unbiased members. The person who is being charged must know what charges are against them and question a witness who is being testified against a person. The person can call a witness to testify in the defense. Lastly, a person has a right to a lawyer even if they can't afford one.

My text: If there is a lawsuit that is worth more than 20$ then they have the right to case decided by a jury. When the jury has made a decision another court can't overturn it.

My text: The amount of money that is needed for bail cannot be really high. Fines that are punishment must be reasonable. Punishments for crimes cannot be inhumane.

My text: Rights extend more than whats written in the Constitution.

My text: Limits the federal power and makes sure that states and individuals retain authority.
