The best place to start is to be aware of one's own limitations and strengths. Knowing one's standing allows one to assess situations to their best capabilities that they have currently. Then, one has to begin to take small steps to leadership by taking roles that one can reasonably do to build character and gain experience around their work. Once one has gain the experience and footing into parts of a leader, one has to apply it differently in smaller groups to not only exercise one's capabilities but to find faults in character to improve on. This may take months or years, but will develop further of ones leadership capabilities in any situation. If one is still in fear as a leader, nor is capable of being one, one can use those experiences and aid in efforts and disscussions to further help their team to their best abilities. One doesn't need to be in a position of a leader, but one who leads people to a better situation.

What I can commit to my team is my unwaivering loyalty to their cause, and provide possible inputs from what I have learned from different groups of people I worked with in the past. Adapt to what the situation that our leader needs in what I can do. And Finally act and address problems by providing ideas and inputs from current actions and decisions to lead them to a better result they wish to see.

Alyssa Samantha Beatrize E. Chiong

1.) I often choose leadership roles, especially when I know that I can handle or lead a group well. What I take into consideration is most especially the qualities of the members I have and their perspectives, ideas, and experiences. I then adapt them into how I’ll lead in the designated activity/task given.

2.) As a leader, one should always be open to criticism, bond, accountability and opinions of others. For me, these aspects are fundamental ideals to lessen possible conflicts. Not a lot of people will understand your leadership style, so it’s best to be accountable and reasonable with your co-members. By these, conflicts can be lessened.
