The love for a political leader comes from the people knowing that their leader is doing their best and making decisions for the good of them and their country. But, with this love comes fear. The laws and policies that are used for the better of the people can be seen as negative and strike fear in the people. Different authorities that enforce laws and rules can also inspire fear in the people as they feel they may be under attack.
