Kids and students are bored of beeing sat in front of a teacher during hours. Let's create classrooms which are not only learning rooms anymore, but doing and speaking rooms! Why couldn't we inspire ourselves from the "Barcamps" movement: no slides, no speakers: all participants do bring something to the event, and share knowledge & experience

I've gone through many "Business Cases" throughout my higher education years. Few of them got me really involved: those for which we knew we would have a potential real impact on a company, brand, association, non-profit organisation, etc. Students are entrepreneur/worker/doers to be: why aren't they more involved in their future life? "Junior Entreprise" French system can be great, but this it not enough. Some "classrooms" should be directly installed inside the companies.

Why should school be such a dogmatic place? "Teaching" is one of the jobs in which you have the most people marrying each other. It is great to prevent kids and students from being disenchanting by the "outside world". But it would be "healthier" to have a glimpse of what's happening out of school, by bringing entrepreneurs, artists, workers... inside the school, as soon as possible.

Il existe des compétences dont l'apprentissage n'est généralement pas inscrit dans le système éducatif. Confiance en soi, gestion du stress, créativité, audace, pédagogie, concentration, empathie, en sont des exemples. Appelées "soft skills", ces richesses humaines peuvent, si elles sont activées, sublimer les compétences techniques des individus, et leur permettre d'évoluer sereinement avec les contextes changeants et complexes d'aujourd'hui.

En adoptant le réflexe de coacher les soft skills des apprenants, l'éducation peut permettre à chacun de réveiller sa singularité et son potentiel.

Pour moi, la meilleure façon d'apprendre est d'être impliqué, de participer au cours. Les classes devraient osciller entre ateliers auto-organisés par les élèves, rencontres avec des personnalités, visites de lieux, débats.

Les ateliers participatifs forment à entrepreneuriat. Chaque enfant joue tour à tour le rôle du professeur.

En étant acteur de son savoir, on renverse également la figure supérieure du professeur. L'enseignant est là pour donner la méthodologie, faciliter, animer, corriger, parfaire non plus diffuser le savoir.

Il faut aussi réintroduire les émotions et le jeu dans l'apprentissage pour déclencher la curiosité intellectuelle. ...
