Otto Von Bismarck was the Chancellor of Prussia and was a key leader in the German Revolution. He took over all countries that spoke German so he could unite them into Germany. He also defeated the French and left them to do their own thing (because they didn't speak German). He was a very good leader because he went to war in very sneaky ways so the world wouldn't turn against him. After he took over all countries that spoke German, Prussia then changed into Germany.

The video is explaining how the Italians failed at first while revolting. They wanted unification so they went against Russia and ultimately failed because they were to small. To successfully gain independence, they needed alliances with strong countries. Later on, their prime minister sent troops to Britain and the France in hopes to gain alliance. The French agreed and allied with Italy. They then went to war with Austria and successfully gained independence.

Argentina didn't gain independence for a while after Peru's royalists were defeated. The royalist advanced to try and take over Argentina, but were held off by Guerilla soldiers. When a leader took over many regions around it, a rebellion was formed to take him down. Eventually, a truce was signed between the groups and the rebellion won. Finally, in 1816, Argentina gained its independence.

this explains how San Martin was a national hero for Argentina. His main contribute to the revolution was his military skill. He had great battle tactics that majorly helped Argentina win, including his plan to attack the viceroyalty of Lima by crossing the Andes to Chile and going on by sea. He also had secret discussions with Bolivar where he got important information. In all his military power was the main factor that led the revolution to beating the Spanish and gaining independence.
