I have never been a big reader. If I have to read something I will but I don't recall the last time I read a book just because. I remember in second grade my teacher loved reading and she would read to us every day no matter what. I enjoyed that, she made me look forward to our reading circles everyday. There is some who absolutely hate reading but me, I just feel like I never have time. Since I graduated high school I haven't read a book that wasn't required for a class. Life just got a lot harder, dealing with work and school, I have to make time for myself but I never have thought about picking up a book.

How often do you read? Do you only read for school or do you also enjoy reading for fun?

I do not read very often. I don't pick up a book unless I have to for class. I am guilty of not reading the book completely at times. It has gotten so much easier to look up the book online and just spark note it. So unless the book is required I usually won't pick one up to read.

I don't have many memories of reading as a child. My parents not being native English speakers weren't able to read me any books that I would enjoy. Once my older brother started reading in school, I do remember him coming to read to me. He would sit me and my middle brother down and read us his book he was assigned to read for school.

I use to love going to the library! I remember in elementary school every Wednesday after lunch we would go to the library to check out our books for the week. Not being a big fan of reading being able to go to the library and walk around discussing what books we are checking out is what sticks to me as a memory when I think about reading.

Jones made me love reading when I was in elementary school and till this day these are the books I speak about when I am asked what's my favorite book.

I love crime scenes! In this book a teacher is found dead in a whiteout blizzard. The main character takes on the task to find the killer before the killer finds her. This book started my interest In forensic science. After reading this book, I seeked books that involved crime scenes.
