I would also incorporate the military's deadly force triangle(Opportunity, Intent, and Capability) in a business aspect.  <br><br><strong>Opportunity: </strong>Does the business have the opportunity to be successful.<br><strong>Intent: </strong>What is the companies intent? What are its willingness to achieve their goals and visions.<br><strong>Capability: </strong>Does the company have the ability to meet its goals and the opportunity a successful one.  <br><br>* If a company met these three things, I would consider expanding. </div>]]></description>

One of my main difficulties is when I was assigned as Leading Petty Officer (LPO) as an E-5. This was mostly assigned to an seasoned E-6. That being said I had to do learn how to delegate to my peers. I was no longer an ordinary E-5, I had positional authority to delegate certain tasks. That was difficult, as I had to learn to put personal relations aside and focus on the main objective. </div>]]></description>
