• communication - communication is needed for physiotherapist jobs and i feel i have strong communication skills with colleagues and customers

• empathy - empathy is needed for being a physiotherapist when communicating with customers, i feel i have strong empathy skills for when having to talk about perhaps upsetting situations

• problem solving - problem solving is a skill i have as i am able to think quick on my feel and come up with solutions fast

weaknesses - internal factors causing limitations, what might stop us going against achieving goals for the job:

• knowledge - i currently have limited knowledge on physiotherapy, so i would need to attend a university course to full fill this

• stress - i would need to be able to stay calm in stressful situations when being a physiotherapist, which is something i need to work on

• time management - i would need to have excellent time management to keep on top of things, i already have good time management but would need to slightly improve

• grades - i would need good grades at college to be the best physiotherapist i could be

• experience - doing a placement or work experience is very important in physiotherapy so that i could get a real feel for what its like in the workplace

• experience - i have not got any experience when working in a physiotherapy workplace which would be needed

• grades - i have not yet got the full college grades to become a physiotherapist, which would be necessary
