         <description><![CDATA[<div>I have had triggers myself and understand that a new approach must be taken once that begins.  The trigger causes reactions and the reactions may come out as anxiety etc.  Then deal with calming and so on.  Then, once trigger has passed and the reactions have passed, then address the issue.</div>]]></description>
