         <title>Al Capone</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>After joining a street gang in Chicago, young Capone became an honorable gangster after making large strides through prohibition and illegal distilleries. After taking over the gang he rose to success and conquered the young streets of Chicago. By providing needs and service for the people of Chicago he became a philanthropist and a household name. But in 1931, Capone was arrested for simply failing to pay his income taxes, and was then sentenced to prison for 11 years. He served seven years, six months and fifteen days, and had paid back all of his fines and back taxes.</div>]]></description>

He contributed to statistical mechanics by his development of the quantum theory of a monatomic gas and he has also accomplished valuable work in connection with atomic transition probabilities and relativistic cosmology.          <description><![CDATA[<div>Was a short story writer, considered one of the preeminent writers of America in history of literature. He wrote <em>The Great Gatsby</em>, it was his third book. He was famous by the age of 24. <em>The Great Gatsby</em> has beautiful lyrical writing and had pitch-perfect portrayal of the 20's. Although <em>The Great Gatsby</em> was well received when it was published, it was not until the 1950s and '60s, long after Fitzgerald's death, that it achieved its stature as the definitive portrait of the "Roaring Twenties," as well as one of the greatest American novels ever written.</div>]]></description>

         <title>Duke Ellington</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Ellington was a major figure in the musical arts of jazz music. He made thousands of songs for the stage, screen and contemporary songbook. He created a distinctive sound in western music in which he called it “american music”. First had a sextet band, that then soon began to grow to a ten- piece ensemble. He sought out people with unique styles of performing. Was so famous that he toured to Europe on two occasions in the 30s. “Take the a Train” was his most famous piece. Began to play professionally at age 17.</div>]]></description>
