In the state of São Paulo,  they implemented a law that prohibits certains license  plates from driving around  the city and was one of the solutions found  to avoid the congestions. For me this law should be placed for whole of Brazil.

One of the biggest social problems is that people stop on the middle of the escalators, blocking other people that are in a rush from passing.
