I really like this picture because it shows how plants are growing but also how they withstand in society. Behind the flowery bushes, the land is filled with short grass and few trees. The plants around the river are flourishing with color and are large in size. Water is the key to life (obviously) and this picture represents it well. The environment NEEDS plants. As for society, animals and reptiles linger around water and vegetation. Most of them consume plants which means sustained energy in the animal.

I really enjoy this video below because it makes it very easy to understand. I like when videos make references to scenarios that we can all relate too. One of my other favorite things about this video is the animation used in it. I am such a visual learner so videos that have descriptive animation help me out when understanding a concept.

The taxonomic name for this flower is Gaillardia pulchella. This is a heat-tolerant plant which is one of the many reasons Georgia is a great place to grow this type of flowing plant.

The biome that is in the most danger is the Tundra. Global warming is causing a lot of problems on Earth, especially to the colder climates. The warmer the Earth gets, the warmer the ground gets along with change in vegetation and precipitation. Though there is nothing really that humans can do to stop the climate changes, it will still affect the plants and animals that call the Tundra home.

Jobs were created from agriculture, leading to jobs making equipment. Though many advantages came from this, there were also disadvantages that arose. Yes, food supply overall increased, but if there was a drought, famine became widespread. The exposure to disease made people extremely sick, leading to death.

The third agricultural revolution (aka the green revolution) was the movement into an industrialized way of farming. The creation of the plow was to this day one of the most useful farming machines. The plow digs furrows in the soil, making planting seeds extremely easy compared to do it all by shovels and hoes. This invention is used all around the world and has impacted the global society immensely, making the production of plants a lot faster.
