         <title>Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies </title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Ingredients: <br>2/3 cup butter, softened<br>1 cup packed brown sugar<br>1 egg<br>2 tsp vanilla<br>1 1/2 cups rolled oats<br>1 cup flour<br>1/2 tsp each - baking powder and baking soda<br>1/4 tsp salt<br>1 1/2 cups chocolate chips<br><br>Steps:<br>- beat butter with sugar until fluffy<br>- beat in egg and vanilla<br>- whisk together oats, flour, baking powder and soda, and salt in a separate bowl.<br>- stir dry ingredients into butter  mixture<br>- stir in chocolate chips<br>- drop about 1 tbsp of batter onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. <br>- bake @ 375 degrees for about 12 minutes<br>From Claire Czarnota</div>]]></description>
