Throughout my school career, I came across a wide variety of types of teachers. From the list I recognize mainly:
- The High-Energy Teacher;
-The Stressed-Out Teacher;
-The Hard-Ass Teacher;
-The Over-Organized Teacher.
After reflecting on the types covered, I consider that it is important for the teacher to have several characteristics such as: organization, energy, animation, concern and good humor.

After reading the article made available, I was able to understand that a Personal Learning Network is a very rich learning experience in that the environment created is comprehensive, allowing free and unbiased sharing of ideas and opinions, as well as contact with people from all over the world.
The Personal Learning Network promotes the sharing of more comprehensive advice and ideas through contact with others, the promotion of creativity, the encouragement of innovation and the development of enthusiasm.
At this moment I think I do not have a PLN, which allows the connection with other teachers and future teachers. However, after contacting and reflecting, I consider it a good thing to consider this possibility in my present and ongoing formation.

After reading this resource https://www.helloteacherlady.com/blog/2017/07/social-media-for-teacher-pd.html, about 3 reasons you should use social media for Teacher PD, I understood that being a Teacher PD means use social media for the purpose of professional development, through the creation of groups, the sharing of ideas, opinions and experiences.
In this article, we highlight three reasons why social media is a privileged environment for the teacher: they are facilitated by the teacher, convenient and self-directed.
Being facilitated by a teacher is related to the possibility of sharing experiences and knowledge with other professionals, counterposing the situations where they attend sessions of PD in which we had the feeling of wasted time, especially due to the lack of understanding of the needs and dynamics of both the parts.
The second reason being, it is convenient to refer to the continuity of the training process, in a more accessible and practical way
The third, self-directed reason points to the possibility of connecting people with the same interests and goals, creating the opportunity to choose what and when we want to learn.
I agree with the reasons given above and stress the advantages of using social media in professional development, sharing of ideas and building knowledge.

The teacher should be creative and face the technological shortcomings. If there is no computer or tablet for each student? Why not create working groups and promote cooperation and mutual aid? If the resources are not sufficient for the number of students, we do not have to individualize the teaching, but rather to make it cooperative and collaborative.
The creativity of the teacher goes through the integration of playful and captivating activities, using the technology at his disposal. Even if resources are insufficient, their correct use, in view of well defined objectives, leads to the development of meaningful learning for each context of students.

I consider that Pinterest is a very interesting curation board to look for images and creative resources in the context of the classroom.
Also the Padlet, constitutes a curation board with relevance to the process of teaching and learning because it allows the writing of different topics and subjects on education by the students. This resource allows students to create their own learning diary, sharing with other students and teachers, as well as the rest of the educational community.
