Ingredients:

1 tbsp sugar (for caramel)

2 tbsp water

1 tbsp sweetened condensed milk (optional, for extra sweetness)

1 cup black coffee (can be espresso or regular brewed coffee)

100 ml milk (full cream or any preferred type)

Ice cubes (if making an iced version)

Whipped cream (optional, for topping)

Steps:

1. Making the Caramel:

Heat 1 tbsp sugar in a small pan over low heat.

Add 2 tbsp water and let the sugar melt slowly until it turns golden brown.

If you prefer a sweeter taste, add 1 tbsp sweetened condensed milk and mix well. Turn off the heat.

2. Brewing the Coffee:

If using ground coffee, brew it with hot water and strain out the grounds.

If using espresso, make one shot (about 30 ml).

3. Mixing Caramel with Coffee:

Pour the hot coffee into the caramel mixture.

Stir until the caramel fully dissolves in the coffee.

4. Adding Milk:

For hot coffee: Warm the milk and pour it into the caramel coffee mixture.

For iced coffee: Add ice cubes to a glass, then pour in the cold milk over the caramel coffee.

5. Serving:

Top with whipped cream if desired.

Drizzle caramel sauce on top for extra flavor.
