As part of the apprenticeship and the exam Speaking, listening and presentation skills are important skills that a Learning and Development Practitioner need to have and develop over time and I feel this was a great experience from the planning and design phase to the presentation and how I have delivered the slides.

Overall I felt I did well maybe my first presentation was a bit better and more fluent but as I get more experience I am developing better instincts and understanding of space, people and timing of my delivery and the planning, the design and presentation skills also is something that I do enjoy.

Due to the workload and intensity of the work I did not have the time to work on the apprenticeship which was partly due to Dave initial luck of knowledge and awareness of the course I am undertaking.

- The fact that I have now completed the HEAT Map and Online Journal Padlet will be important moving forward to make it easier on the way I record, maintain and present information. 
- The focus now will shift to KSBC and practising English and Maths but also as discussed will ask if possible to have a tutor to support with English and Maths as it will be a good idea having more help in that area which i feel I feel I need to overcome.
