I have practise my speaking, listening and presentation skills as these are important skills that a Learning and Development Practitioner need to have but also are a requirement to pass the SLC Exam. Overall I felt I did well maybe my first presentation was a bit better and more fluent but as I get more experience I am developing better instincts and understanding of space, people and timing of my delivery and the planning, the design and presentation skills also is something that I do enjoy. <br><br>&nbsp;| <strong>Exam Result?&nbsp;  PASS</strong></div>]]></description>

Due to the workload and intensity of the work I did not have the time to work on the apprenticeship which was partly due to Dave initial luck of knowledge and awareness of the course I am undertaking. </div>]]></description>
