         <description><![CDATA[<p>Developing a personal philosophy as a new Early Childhood Educator (ECE) is a journey of self-discovery and reflection. It does not happen overnight but evolves through experience and continuous learning. </p><p>I want to develop  my educational philosophy. My philosophy, which considers the overarching frameworks and standards that guide ECE practice, reflects my unique beliefs, values, and approaches to working with children. </p><p>It is a journey starting not today; however, I will document my thoughts and reflections from today.</p>]]></description>
