He fell in after he wandered off from a local neighbors gathering. None of the adults could fit through the 11 in hole. So Madison was lowered down and got the boy out after he got stuck and was drowning in 4 ft of sewage. Madison hurt some muscles in her wrist from searching for the boy and both went to the hospital. The boy was´t breathing, but adults applied CPR when he got out.
