in wales we had to use team to sort out activites and challenges
what went well? - it went well as we all completed the challenge and we all took part and it wanst just one person doing it all
what would you change?- i would change in the activity that we would do it in a quicker time

activity - at work we work as a team when it is very busy we help each other out to make sure nothing goes wrong and it is done smoothly
what went well - we sorted out the problem and was able to manage when it was busy and to make it less stressful

if i ever had to miss a day i would message my teachers asking for any work I've missed out on

work experience -

the task - I have shown work experience through working at my part time job at cannon hall in the lucky pup. i have worked here for over 2.5hours.

what went well - I have made lots of new friends and i have learnt over new skills which i can take further on into future job roles

what would you change - I would change that i would ask for more shifts

what did you achieve from this - I have achieved different quality like customer services skills and communications that i can take onto future job roles

work experience -

the task - I have shown work experience through visiting fly me, this was a warehouse where there where different simulators, like cabin crew and flight simulators. We learnt how we inflate lifejacket how we would go down the slide. what went well - We learnt all about the different experience through the aviation industry and if what we would need to do if we went into the aviation industry

what would i change- if i was to do fly me again I would be more prepared as i was nearly late so i would set off at a reasonable time.

what did you achieve from this- I have learnt about job roles that would be in the aviation industry if I did it in the future

work experience -

the task - Me and Lois were chosen to host an evening at the Barnsley college where we hosted and told people where to go for the event

what went well - everyone go into the event on time and everyone enjoyed themselves and everything ran smoothly

what would I change - I would be more confident in myself and speak more with people and be more interactive

what did you achieve from this - I gained skills like confidence from taking to strangers
