         <description><![CDATA[<p>We need to ensure we have books in our collection that talk about LGBTQ+. Most libraries have limited books or budgets.</p><p>We also have to think about intersectionality! Do we have any books on Blacks/Latinx/indigenous and queer in our collections?</p><p>Libraries put out cultural heritage months displays, but we can be more proactive by intentionally including books that talk about being a person of color and gay, etc.</p><p>Small steps but increases awareness and shows that we care. </p>]]></description>
