This book is about a square piece of paper that turns in to other shapes and objects. The "Perfect Square" can be used to teach students about shapes. It can also be a great way to challenge students by giving them different square pieces and seeing what they are able to create out of those squares. Students will be challenged to come up with their very own creation.

In this book, a child uses their imagination to build something new and exciting with a cardboard box. Likewise, this book can be used to get students thinking creatively. Students will be challenged to come up with a creation using a cardboard box. It can be anything that they would like to build. This will cause students to use their math skills as they measure what parts need to be sure lengths. Students will also need to use their scientific thinking skills so that they can think about what will and won't work to build what they are thinking of.
