Yes, the constitution is still relevant today. For example, the forth amendment is still relevant as police or other people can not search your home without a warrants. We also have a freedom of speech and No citizens are punished for their crime without any evidence. This is the reason I say all the amendments are still relevant today.

I believe that the Constitution is still relevant because a lot of amendments are still used till this day. For example amendment 4 is still relevant because officials still cannot search your house without a warrant. Another example is the 5th amendment is still used because law officials always say "you have the right to remain silent. anything you say can and will be used against you." This is where someone would hire a lawyer to represent them at court.

The constitution is very crucial to our society as it ensures right and justice. The Bill of rights demonstrates basic rights for the people, the accused, the jury etc. Amendment 8 demonstrate that unjustified punishments and cruel penalties are no longer applicable to an offender. Moreover, Amendment 9 specified that people still have many other right but it does not need to be in the constitution. This was safety for the people if they were accused of something that was no wrong.

Jefferson Bermeo . I do believe the constitution is still relevant because most parts of it is still being applied in the current time period. For example the amendment 6 is says that people have the right to speed their trial in the place the crime was committed, know the reasons for their accusation, have a lawyer, be opposed by witnesses, and get witnesses in their favor. This is so important and still relevant because that if any citizen commits a crime, he have the right to speed up his trial, this amendment have a major effect in someone that is being accused of a crime.

I completely believe the constitution is still relevant because nowadays many people in different communities do not get the same protection of their rights as others. The constitution does not need to be fixed I think the people who work for the government should start to follow what they preach. In other words the government needs to start applying the constitution to the problems we are facing. For an example the protests during the summer completely got out of control. The president told the military and the police to fire rubber bullets and tear gas at peaceful protesters. If I am not mistaken we have the right to peacefully protest against the government to seek a change but yet peacefully protesting seems like a threat to the government. This also reminds me of the Breanna Taylor case where they charged in her house while she was sleeping and killed her. I thought the police was supposed to knock on your door and say they have a warrant especially at like 12am. Anyway, my point is the constitution is relevant especially when you need it the most.

The Constitution is definitely still relevant in today's time, but in a very twisted and manipulated way. For example, the fifth amendment, it says we can't be charged with a crime unless evidence is presented, but for some African American males it is quite the opposite, They are guilty until proven innocent. In some case police would beat the males to confess to things that they didn't even do. They would even go as low as planting evidence on the person.

the constitution is still somewhat relevant today. For example in the constitution has a saying "establish justice" which technically means a fair legal system. I personally think in the united states there's no fairlegal system. Especially for poor communites, and community of color.

I believe the constitution is still relevant till this day because most of the amendments are being used in our daily lives. For example recently there has been protests for the black lives matter movement and nothing could be done to stop the protests because that is part of the 1st amendment. Another amendment that is still being used till this day is the 5th amendment, many people when they get arrested the first thing that is said to them is that they have the right to remain silent. This is why I believe the Constitution is still relevant.

The Constitution is still relevant today. Many parts of the constitution are still used today for the betterment of the people. For example, the amendments are used and meant to protect the rights that people have. The 5th amendment allows people to stay silent to prevent them from saying anything without a lawyer that can harm them in court. This amendment is still used today when people say "I plead the 5th" they are using the right they have to stay silent.

I believe the constitution is still relevant. Our society today still follows the same laws that were provided years ago. America needs the amendments in order for us to function as a society. I would add on to the second amendment that states the government will not take the right to bear arms from anyone. I would add that the right to bear arms will be taken from those who cause harm onto others if not a act of self defense. This means if someone were to use their right of having a weapon for wrong and to harm people, than it should be taken from them for a period of time.

I believe that the constitution is still extremely relevant. Much more than before, we have been waking up to the injustices which the systems the America of old had placed before, and these simply will not work anymore. Now more than ever are rights being infringed upon, especially by police, through corruption of power. This is especially seen by things that are very recent like the killing of Jeffery Epstein, a trusted friend of many political officials and a (almost) convicted child trafficker. The constitution is especially relevant because we need to remind ourself's about the rights we have and what we can do if we see injustice in what we are supposed to trust. We have the right to protest for a reason, you know.

I think the constitution needs to be re written, because a lot has changed through centuries. Throughout the centuries a lot of immigrants have moved to US but the rights were only made for racism. In first amendment it clearly states that you are free to practice any religion, but most people in US are religiophobic and doesn't want to practice their religion. And tell them to go back to their country.

The constitution is still relevant because it provides essential protections and benefits of life, equality and property to Americans at all times. Even though it was written ages ago it is still something that our society goes by till this day. The ideas liberties and freedom that were written will last forever in our nation. For example the separation of powers makes sure no one can have too much power or is abusing it making sure the nation is perfecltu checked and balanced.

I believe that it is heavily part of the Constitution because those are daily peoples lives and that many people aren't educated on and are tossed around when they have rights and ability to certain higgins theta they are told they can't do because of them knowing they have no knowledge they take advantage or try to manipulate. But that is why making sure you are aware of things is so important because you never know who can be trying to change your life for the rest of it in a very bad way. Which also reminds me of the 4th Ammendmant with police brutality and freedom of speech all of it falls in some catergorie in whihc makes it all make sense.

I believe the the constitution is still extremely relevant even in todays society. This is very true because of the fact that it exists to protect individuals rights so they cant be exploited by others of the government. The constitution protects your right to a fair trial, freedom of speech, freedom of religion, and your right to bare firearms for self defense. Without the constitution there would be no freedom and everything would be controlled by the government and you would have no means to oppose or any protection.

Some of the rights that constitution lays out for U.S citizens are fair like no religious discrimination, freedom of speech, right to petition the government. However, if the country that set these laws and rights refuse to abide by them then there is no need for them; many people like to hide behind the constitution but when it applies to certain people of specific sexes, sexual orientations, races, cultural, and religious backgrounds.
