Immigration: This issue affects my ideology because there is a lot of different views on immigration and me being in favor of it, just helps classify me more into one category as oppose to those who are against it.

Hispanic (Mexican)/ American: Being a minority in society affects my views because I have seen how people have been treated due to them being minority and just makes me want some changes for people of my race/ ethnicity.
Middle Class: Being middle class has made me want people to have more help as I've seen people I know suffer from having barely enough money to make it in this society without any help from the government. School: School has influenced my ideology because coming from a school where literally everyone was a minority to a school with diversity made me realize there is so much more that could be done to help the minorities but there isn't much of it, many people in my school now brag about having all these materialistic things that others just wish they could have, it makes me want change.
Religion: My religion influences my ideology because many catholics are Hispanic and their wants and needs have influenced me to believe the same way as them.
Peers: Peers influence my ideology because spending time around them and hearing their thoughts either grows great agreement with them or great opposition.
