         <description><![CDATA[<div>The shift to online teaching made me realize that flexibility is non-negotiable. It meant that I -- a self-avowed non-techie denizen of the world -- had to learn the digital tools that my students are even more well-versed in using than I.  It made for some hilarious situations at my expense :) </div>]]></description>
